Dr. Erin O’Callaghan is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience providing evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and the intersection of mental and physical health. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. O’Callaghan has held leadership roles in digital mental health and has spent the past four years overseeing therapy programs at Brightside Health, where she contributes to the design, implementation, and scaling of high-quality virtual care. Prior to her work in digital health, Dr. O’Callaghan spent a decade as a professor and director of an APA-accredited doctoral program, where she led curriculum development and supervised training clinics in psychological assessment and therapy.
